ACUERDO CON NUESTROS TÉRMINOS LEGALES

Estos Términos y Condiciones ("Términos Legales") constituyen un acuerdo vinculante entre usted ("usuario", "usted") y LEGION AI S.A.S. ("Compañía", "nosotros", "nos", "nuestro") que rige su acceso y uso de:

  • legiontrading.live
  • Any PWA, application, tool, or related service branded as Legion AI
  • Any system that links or refers to these Legal Terms (collectively, the "Services")

By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

The Services are intended strictly for users 18+.

We may revise these Legal Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Services provide algorithmic tools, analysis functions, and signal-generation features intended solely for informational purposes for trading on the Pocket Option platform.

We do not provide:

  • financial advice
  • investment recommendations
  • brokerage services
  • portfolio management
  • guaranteed trading outcomes

Your use of the Services is voluntary and fully at your own risk.

Access from jurisdictions where use of such tools is prohibited is your sole responsibility.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software, design, architecture, code, trademarks, branding, and logic used within Legion AI are the exclusive property of LEGION AI S.A.S.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal purposes only.

Copying, distributing, modifying, commercializing, or reverse-engineering any part of the Services is strictly prohibited.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.
  2. All information provided is accurate and up to date.
  3. You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  4. You understand that the Services may not produce accurate or consistent results.
  5. You accept the financial risks associated with trading.

4. USER REGISTRATION

Registration may be required for access to certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and any actions taken under your account.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Automated scraping or data extraction
  • Interfering with platform functionality
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer AI logic
  • Using the Services to harass or harm others
  • Uploading harmful code or scripts
  • Unauthorized commercial use
  • Using the Services to bypass regional trading restrictions
  • Sharing paid features with third parties
  • Collecting user data from the platform

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. USER CONTRIBUTIONS

Legion AI does not require or solicit user-generated content.

If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us full rights to use them commercially without compensation.

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

Our Services may include integrations or links (e.g., TradingView charts, external APIs).

We do not control or guarantee accuracy of third-party data and hold no liability for its use.

8. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or restrict access
  • Modify features
  • Remove harmful content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Update or change the Services at any time

9. PRIVACY POLICY

By using the Services, you consent to our data practices.

Data may be stored and processed on servers located in Cyprus.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Legal Terms.

Re-registration after termination is prohibited.

11. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may:

  • Update
  • Change
  • Suspend
  • Discontinue

the Services at any time without liability.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before formal proceedings, parties must attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days.

If unresolved:

  • Arbitration may be conducted under Colombian arbitration law.
  • Proceedings will be held in Bogotá, Colombia.
  • Language: Spanish or English depending on the matter.

Class actions are strictly prohibited.

14. DISCLAIMER

The Services and all content are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • profitability
  • accuracy of signals
  • uninterrupted operation
  • compliance with Pocket Option policies
  • suitability for investment decisions

Trading binary options involves high financial risk.

Use of our signals does not guarantee results.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEGION AI S.A.S. assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • financial losses
  • trading losses
  • loss of capital
  • inaccurate or delayed signals
  • errors in AI analysis
  • system interruptions
  • inability to access the Services
  • loss of data
  • third-party platform failures (including Pocket Option)
  • user misunderstandings or misuse of the Services

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All trading decisions are made solely at your own risk.
  2. Signals, analytics, and AI outputs are informational only and do not guarantee results.
  3. LEGION AI S.A.S. provides no warranties of profitability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
  4. LEGION AI S.A.S. shall bear zero liability for any losses incurred through the use of the Services.

By using the Services, you expressly waive any right to claim damages or seek legal compensation from LEGION AI S.A.S. or its affiliates.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify LEGION AI S.A.S. for any claims arising from:

  • misuse of the Services
  • violation of these Legal Terms
  • breach of third-party rights
  • illegal activities conducted through our platform

17. USER DATA

We maintain operational data but do not guarantee permanent storage.

You are responsible for backing up all relevant information.

18. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You consent to receiving electronic documentation, updates, notifications, and agreements.

Electronic signatures are fully valid and enforceable.

19. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement.

No part of these terms shall be considered waived unless in writing.

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
